A vital part of assisting anyone with their Health and Fitness is their Nutrition. We are currently overwhelmed with diets, supplements and food based fads all claiming to help us reach our goals in one quick easy step.
There is little wonder that the majority of people are confused by the advice provided from many official sources which seems to change on an almost daily basis.
My goal is to cut through the conflicting information, hype and marketing schemes and provide you with sensible, healthy options on which to base your nutritional lifestyle. Perhaps even more importantly I always try to educate my clients on the reasons for the choices I make and the recommendations I provide. Never has it been so true as in the world of nutrition that “Applied knowledge is power”.
